West Maui Property Services is available to assist the homeowner who rents out their vacation property to others.  We can respond to any issue, evaluate the situation, send pictures and recommend a timely and cost-effective resolution for the tenant’s problem.

After consultation with the homeowner, we will address any items needing immediate repair as well as bring in professional contractors depending on the requirements.

 

West Maui Property Services does not do property management tasks or market rentals -- we are there to provide backup and support to rent by owner properties only.
